Information Technology (I.T.) and the net have transformed people's approach to life educational access. These changes brought pressures challenges students adapt new normal. The study aimed determine coping mechanisms of I.T. during normal era. utilized a mixed-methods type research, which develops novel theoretical perspective by combining strengths quantitative qualitative methods. study's respondents are 515 from College Communications at Bulacan State University, Philippines. A validated survey instrument was disseminated through messenger randomly selected in college. Furthermore, focus group discussion with college organization officers done via google meet. findings revealed 3.27 weighted mean on their behavior, means that experienced this behavior sometimes. Moreover, cope up education, they did enable them survive studies time management, self-determination, giving oneself rest relax mobile games, communicating friends. Lastly, change environment. appropriate managing stress education will make studying lighter enjoyable. Recommendations as regards were submitted administrators further.
